What Data Is Collected?

The mandatory data is:

How Long Will My Data Be Kept?

In accordance with the legislation and regulations in force, your data will be kept for no longer than is strictly necessary, for the particular purposes described above.

For the management of orders, delivery, billing, customer relationship management, information and newsletters and contact with Customer Service, customer data will be kept for the length of the business relationship plus 3 years, for marketing purposes.

For improving and tailoring our services: cookies will be kept for a maximum of 13 months, while customer data will be kept for the length of the business relationship plus 3 years, for marketing purposes.

In order to meet our legal obligations (for example, accounting, tax or archiving obligations), we may have to keep your data for longer than the afore-mentioned periods. In this case, access will be restricted to authorised recipients only.

 

Data Recipients

We do not sell or market your personal data.

Your right to access and amend your data can also be exercised directly on our website through your account.

In accordance with the regulations in force, your request must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing your signature. It must also specify the address to which the reply should be sent. A reply will be sent to you within one month from receipt of the request.
